Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 29, 2026 | Allegiance Consulting LLC
This Privacy Policy describes how Allegiance Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of sellers.directory, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you access or use our website and services. By using sellers.directory, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect

- Password (stored in hashed form — we never store plain-text passwords)
- Business name or affiliation, if provided

- IP address, browser type, and operating system
- Pages visited, search queries entered, and features used
- Referring URLs and session duration
- Device identifiers and approximate geographic location (country/region)
Communications
- Any messages you send us via email or contact forms
- Support requests and correspondence
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the sellers.directory platform
- Process purchases and deliver the data products you have requested
- Authenticate your account and maintain session security
- Validate email addresses via Reoon Email Verifier before delivering leads
- Respond to your inquiries, support requests, and feedback
- Send transactional emails (order confirmations, account notices) — we do not send unsolicited marketing emails without your consent
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the site's performance and features
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Seller Data We Provide to Users
sellers.directory provides its subscribers access to a database of marketplace seller business information. This data has been compiled from publicly accessible seller profiles and storefronts on Walmart US, Best Buy US, and Amazon’s European marketplaces, plus product pages where product-level coverage is collected and includes:
- Marketplace seller display names, business names, and store names
- Business contact details publicly listed on seller profiles
- Seller feedback ratings and review counts
- Marketplace-dependent product listings and identifiers, seller-declared categories, and ASIN information
- Marketplace and geographic information
For clarity, this policy distinguishes customer account data supplied by people who register for or purchase our service from seller business contact data collected from public marketplace seller and storefront sources for inclusion in our directory product.
Email addresses included in our database are sourced from publicly available information and are independently validated using Reoon Email Verifier prior to delivery. This validation is a technical check for deliverability; it does not constitute a solicitation or endorsement of contacting those individuals.
Seller business contact data is made available to customers as part of the paid directory service. If you are a marketplace seller or an authorized representative and wish to stop a seller record from appearing in the customer-accessible directory or future deliveries, use our Seller Removal Request form.
After a valid request is approved, we clear the matching contact fields from our live seller, enrichment, and delivery stores and remove them from customer access. Requester contact and supporting details may be retained for a limited review and post-resolution audit period and are then redacted. We retain minimal non-contact transaction and audit evidence and a one-way suppression fingerprint needed to keep later crawls from reintroducing the record. The fingerprint is not made available to customers and is not used for outreach.
4. Third-Party Services
We work with the following third-party service providers who may access certain information in the course of providing services to us:
- Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe acts as a data processor and is subject to its own privacy obligations.
- Reoon Email Verifier — Email validation and deliverability verification. Used to validate seller email addresses prior to delivery to subscribers.
- Hosting Infrastructure — Our site is hosted on servers we operate, and we use industry-standard security controls to protect data at rest and in transit.
We do not sell, rent, or share customer account data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Seller business contact data is treated separately because providing that information to directory customers is the service described in Section 3.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Session cookies (essential): Required for login and account functionality. These cookies expire when you close your browser or log out. You cannot opt out of these cookies while using authenticated features of the site.
- Preference cookies: May store display preferences or search settings to improve your experience.
- Analytics cookies (optional): We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. These are not linked to your personal identity. You may opt out by adjusting your browser settings to reject cookies.
We do not use cross-site tracking cookies, advertising networks, or behavioral retargeting technologies. You can control cookie behavior in your browser settings; note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.
6. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants you specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know: You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., information needed to complete a transaction or comply with a legal obligation).
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You may request that we stop making seller business contact data associated with you available through the directory. We do not use customer account data or seller business contact data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
To request removal of a marketplace seller record, use our Seller Removal Request form. For other California privacy rights, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will respond within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity or authority before processing a request.
7. How Account and Seller Data Are Disclosed
We do not sell or rent customer account data, such as a customer's login email, password hash, private search activity, or billing relationship, for third-party marketing. We may disclose customer account data to service providers and authorities as described in this policy or where required by law.
Our paid product provides customers with seller business contact data collected from publicly accessible marketplace sources. Depending on the record and applicable law, a seller contact may be information relating to a person as well as a business contact. Sellers and authorized representatives can use the Seller Removal Request form without having to determine which legal classification applies.
8. Data Retention & Security
We retain customer account data for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize eligible customer account data, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as records of completed transactions.
For an approved seller removal, we clear the matched contact fields from our live seller, enrichment, and delivery stores and stop making the contact available through new searches and future or re-generated downloads. Requester contact and supporting details may be held for a limited post-resolution audit period and are then redacted. We retain a one-way suppression fingerprint and minimal non-contact transaction and audit metadata for as long as reasonably necessary to honor the request across future data collection. Information that customers downloaded before suppression cannot be recalled from those customers.
We implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your information, including:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
- Hashed storage of passwords using modern cryptographic algorithms
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
- Regular monitoring for unauthorized access or security anomalies
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
sellers.directory is a business-to-business service intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will promptly delete such information.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of sellers.directory after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
