Request seller removal

Marketplace sellers and their authorized representatives can ask us to remove a seller record from our customer-accessible directory and future contact deliveries.

What happens next: We email the requester a verification link, then a person must confirm the request. Our team reviews verified requests before applying suppression. An approval clears the matched contact fields from our live seller, enrichment, and delivery stores and blocks future or re-generated downloads. We retain only the non-contact transaction and audit metadata we need, plus a one-way suppression fingerprint so a later marketplace crawl does not reintroduce the removed contact.
